Here are some at home workouts for you to do that will only take under 10 minutes. They are not easy however! Start with a warmup of jogging in place and jumping jacks. To burn more calories just do the workout 2-3x if you have the time.

1)

10 Pushups
10 Burpees
10 Jumping Jacks
rest 10 sec
Repeat 4 more times resting 10 sec before starting over.

2)
20 squat jumps
40 squats
Run up stairs and back
Rest 1 min

10 squat jumps
20 squats
Run up stairs and back
Rest 30 seconds

5 squat jumps
10 squats
Run up stairs and back
Rest 15 sec

3)
Pushups until failure
5 burpees
Pushups until failure
10 burpees
Rest 30 sec
Pushups until failure
15 burpees
Pushups until failure
20 burpees

4)
100 jumping jacks
50 squats
50 jumping jacks
25 squats
