For all bootcampers that love peanut butter like me, below are some quick snacks/meals you can make with peanut butter!! My favorite brand is Teddy Natural. One rule you have to have is to make sure you eat natural peanut butter (with the oil on top) Simple mix the oil and its ready to eat πŸ™‚ Make sure its made with JUST peanuts with No added sugar or salt!!  If you eat the correct portions, peanut butter is a great snack to. It has fiber, small amount of good protein, low to no sugar, and good fats. Just be very careful not to eat too much. I have gone from eating one scoop to eating the entire jar in one sitting. If you know you will not be able to have just one serving than I would stay away just in case you end up binging on the entire jar.

 

My favorite ways to eat peanut butter

 

  • 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein mixed with cold water and 1 scoop of natural peanut butter!!

 

  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein mixed with 1 heaping scoop of all natural peanut butter. Mix together and put in the fridge for an hour or so.

 

  • Banana with scoop of Natural Peanut Butter. Add some wheat bread for added calories if needed.

 

  • 1 scoop of natural peanut butter mixed with a teaspoon of coconut oil and spread on whole wheat bread​

  • Cook plain oatmeal and add a scoop of Natural Peanut Butter.

 

  • 1 scoop of Peanut Butter – Take a small scoop and eat as is πŸ™‚

​

 

Add some of these quick meals to your diet and it will help with cravings.
